| As a missionary organization, we are always open to those who feel God has called them to pursue a career in missions.
We are looking for staff who will not only lead teams in the building
of homes, but who will fill particular roles in the ministry. Currently
we are specifically looking for an information technology
coordinator.
Staff of Casas Por Cristo are responsible for raising the funds for their salary. However, the ministry does support the staff by providing benefits through health insurance, life insurance, a vehicle allowance, and a small contributions to a retirement fund.

American Staff
Casas
por Cristo is comprised of support based missionary staff. Each staff
person has felt a call in their life to work with Casas por Cristo
and to help the people of Mexico. Each staff person is solely responsible
for raising their own salary. Most support comes from friends, families,
churches, and CpC team members.
Our
Mexican staff consists of 3 Mexican nationals, who live and work in
Juarez. They oversee the scouting and mapping of worksites and ensure
the timely delivery of all building materials. The salary of these
staff members is paid through a small portion of a team’s trip
expenses. These individuals are integral in helping form community
relations with the pastors and families.
The
Casas por Cristo Pastors' Board is comprised of over 80 Protestant
ministers who live and work in Juarez, Mexico. Our pastors are integral
to the ministry. This board of dedicated pastors provides us the
names and information of the applicants who are in need of homes.
They participate in a monthly meeting that includes a time of praise
and worship, preaching, and a CpC business meeting. During this
time, each pastor may present two applications for homes. The Pastor’s
Board then votes to approve or decline applications. Each member
is responsible for visiting with the recipient family before and
after they receive a home. This process is an opportunity to spread
the gospel and widen participation in the Christian community.
