Acuña, México

  • Group Trips 2017: México model | $6,700 | Groups of 15-20 | Three Room Home
  • Time Frame: 3-5 days (any time of year)
  • Climate: Hot and humid summers and mild winters with highs in the 60's. 
  • Geography: Ciudad Acuña, México is located just south of the Rio Grande, which separates it from Del Rio, Texas, an hour and a half west of San Antonio. The area is mostly flat with several large canyons, small springs, creeks, and Lake Amistad.
  • Additional Costs: meals, transportation, accommodations, and insurance
    • Meals: groups organize their own meals or pay $25/person/day for the meal plan (15 person minimum)
    • Transportation: groups arrange their own transportation (15-passenger vans recommended)

  • Geography: Ciudad Juárez, México is located in the high Chihuahua Desert just south of the Rio Grande, which separates it from El Paso, Texas. The river wraps around the beautiful Franklin Mountains. Typical elevation is 4,000 feet.

  • Geography: Santiago lies in the fertile hilly terrain of the central Cibao Valley between two mountain ranges in the Dominican Republic. The Dominican Republic shares the Caribbean island of Hispaniola with Haiti.
